No liability is taken by Caznet arising out of misuse of products or otherwise.  You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) or any misuse of the product(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Always keep products out of reach of children.  If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any of these products.

RETURNS ON ORDERS
      
We are unable to accept order returns of our products once they leave our facility. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot take a risk of contamination or storage abuse, nor would we be able to sell them to another customer and still guarantee purity of our products.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT
         
If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product.

Please contact us so we can report the damage to Australia Post.  Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt.  If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report this to your carrier.

If we do need to authorise a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner so damage does not occur.  If there is damage due to inadequate packaging during the return process, no credit will be issued.
